Our End-to-End Quality Management Standards

• Strict Incoming Material Inspection (IQC): All raw materials, structural steel beams, servo drives, reducers, and electronic components undergo 100% rigorous dimensional metrology and electrical defect screening.
• Precision In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Guide rail alignments, welding seams, and robotic joint assemblies are continuously verified using 3D laser trackers, dynamic coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and specialized torque gauges.
• 72-Hour Full-Load Dynamic Burn-In (FQC/FAT): Every external axis track, servo positioner, and integrated robotic cell undergoes continuous 72-hour dynamic cycle testing under rated payload before packaging.
• Full Lifecycle Traceability: Each unit is assigned a unique serial tracking ID with complete inspection logs, calibration sheets, and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) video records archived for client review.
